With over 20 years of professional advertising agency ownership and over 6 years of healthcare organization leadership, I bring expertise in building consumer brands, marketing campaigns, creative strategy, team leading, business development, strategic planning, project management, integrated marketing, and day-to-day operations to the table. Being involved from the beginning, both with the creation of a national healthcare start-up and scaling a boutique advertising agency from the ground up, I have played many roles in the growth and development of them, as well as building the teams to help make them thrive.Knowing who you are as a company and who you are targeting as a customer, in my opinion, is key tosuccess. I developed the brand, positioning and marketing strategy to take America's Pharmacy Source from a start-up to a national leader in just its first few years, and have helped lead the charge with my team in changing the pharmacy industry with a revolutionary program, one member at a time.During my time building the advertising agency, I worked with hundreds of local and national brands building their customer bases and taking them to the next level. From simple logo concepts and consumer based websites to social media marketing and launching high-pro le marketing campaigns, I have created many award winning solutions over the years that I am proud to put my name on.When it comes to the day-to-day, I like a challenge, and want to challenge others around me to be their best.
