-Direct & oversee all aspects of the Finance, Accounting & Tax functions.-Prepare PPP Loan & PPP Loan Forgiveness applications.-Manage cash flow, including establish accounting policies & procedures for credit & collections, purchasing, payment of bills, and other financial obligations, and report to the Company's President/CEO.-Manage company's defined contribution plan, including prepare fiscal year-end census data for 401(K) Plan Third Party Administrator (TPA); correspond with TPA throughout the year regarding contributions/distributions, matching, Form 5500 filings, extensions, etc.-Administer banking arrangements & loan agreements & ensure adequate sources of capital for the Company's borrowings from commercial banks and other lending institutions.-Serve as Company appointed liaison for all insurance matters including submission of customer's Master Service Agreements for review, annual insurance renewal applications, assets additions & disposals, file & manage auto/property/workers compensation claims. Prepare, file & pay monthly insurance premiums. Manage workers compensation & general liability audits. Correspondence with local TPA for health. & disability plans regarding open enrollment, renewals, etc.-Manage income tax and state and local sales & use tax audits.-Recruit, interview, & hire finance, accounting, & payroll staff.-Select external auditor and manage preparation of the company's audited financial statements, including schedule interim and year-end fieldwork dates, prepare schedules/worksheets to reconcile interim & year-end balances, compile auditor's samples and supporting documents, prepare cash, accounts receivable and notes payable confirmations, prepare year-end tax accrual and post year-end adjusting journal entries.-Establish & maintain lines of communication with investment bankers, financial analysts, & owners in conjunction with the President/CEO.-Serve as liaison on all legal matters.

-Work in all aspects of accounting including preparation of financial statements, bookkeeping, payroll & payroll tax reports, sales tax, property tax, income/franchise tax returns, technical research, selection, develop & implementation of accounting systems & controls.-Business & personal income tax preparation, review & planning.-Plan, manage & supervise tax & accounting staff in a team approach; set goals, schedule & delegate tax & accounting projects for priority completion.-Communicate & negotiate with Internal Revenue Services and state & local governments.
