Responsible for new product process development for surface mount EMI Solution ferrites. Co-developed and patented the process used to laminate ferrite filters together in vertically stacked relation. US patent #6,911,889. Resulted in ability to offer custom filter devices with footprint sizes as low as 0.25 inches square by 0.25 inches in height or smaller to customers by combining filters with different operating characteristics i.e. impedance versus frequency, in order to broaden an attenuation frequency band well above 2 GHz.o Resolved long standing quality issue for SMD ferrites, enabling mass production of SMD product line accessing a $1B TAM.

As Process Development Engineer I was part of the printhead process development group. I was responsible for the development of new manufacturing processes for the next generation of piezo-based printheads.
