Responsible for designing, developing and implementing a mentoring framework for a specific program linked to Government outcomes.Recruit, train and build a team of mentors to support students undertaking a range of community services qualifications.

I advised LWB staff and senior management in WA and SA on learning and development including updates in legislation, changes in the sector areas (Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health, Youth Justice and Children Youth and Families including introducing and embedding a LMS. The role is responsible for the production of consistent end to end learning outcomes which will include: analysis; design; development; implementation and evaluation functions.All learning programs support upskilling of capability of skills and knowledge in the business and the transistion of a solution into an operational environment. This leads to maintaining and growing capability and competence that will contribute to an ongoing high performing and capable workforce.Moved to Melbourne as part of LWB winning a DHHS contract to undertake the role of building and developing the L & D team until a manger could be found. Designed and implemented an induction for 1,200 new staff over 12 weeks.Continued to maintain my accreditation as a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention trainer with Cornel University and support staff and volunteers across various roles in our child, youth and family team to provide therapist support to our clients.

Responsible for reading, interpreting and analysing training packages to ensure subject matter content was contemporary and in line with organisational policy and legislation. Trained and assessed across a variety of qualifications including Certificate III and IV in Disability; Diploma in Community Services and Certificate IV in Management. Responsible for all Government reporting. The organisation (with myself as the Lead) closed the RTO in 2017.
