​Lesley V. Davis is Of Counsel in the Orange County office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Department.Ms. Davis’s practice experience includes representation of lenders, borrowers, real estate funds, REITs, institutional and non-institutional real estate investors, developers and operators in a broad range of matters, including commercial and residential financing; loan restructuring, workouts and enforcement; commencement and completion of foreclosure proceedings and receiverships; forming and representing joint ventures and negotiating joint venture agreements; commercial leasing; and acquisitions and sales of a variety of commercial real estate asset classes, including vacant land, residential multifamily complexes, office buildings, hotels, retail and mixed-use buildings, shopping centers, and other commercial and residential properties. In 2013-2019, she was recognized as a Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Star.Ms. Davis received her Juris Doctor degree, with a concentration in corporate and business law, in 2005 from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where she was an Executive Editor of the UCLA Law Review and a Managing Editor of the UCLA Entertainment Law Review. In 2001, she graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.Ms. Davis is admitted to practice in the State of California.
