I joined Kelmarsh Events Limited in 2002 with a remit to develop and grow the commercial arm of the Kelmarsh Charitable Trust. Previous to joining the Trust I had carried out a similar role for another historic property. Other previous experience includes ten years in the legal profession and four years in higher education and whilst the change to managing a historic property may not have seemed a natural progression, past experience has been invaluable in helping me to take Kelmarsh forward, both as a charity and commercial enterprise.

My role is to support the Board of Trustees and act as Company Secretary, develop, plan, prioritise and manage the aims and objectives of the Trust and the commercial activities. As part of the management team ensure that documentation and reporting to regulatory bodies is adhered to thus maintaining and developing the Trust's image, reputation and financial stability. Manage staff in the maintenance and development of quality of service and growth, whilst ensuring a consistent high level of care internally and externally.
