I started my career in licensing just before the implementation of the Licensing Act 2003 when the UK's licensing laws were transformed.I have acted for many styles of hospitality and gambling operators (large and small) over the years and aim to provide clients with licensing advice which covers their business requirements in an ever changing climate.I am a nominated tutor and centre contact for the Award for Personal Licence Holders and Award for Licensing Practitioners qualifications.I also have significant experience in Property Litigation.I have skills in Alcohol and Gambling Licensing, Property Litigation, Commercial Litigation, breach of contract, document drafting and debt settlement.I am delighted to be working with a team of expert lawyers who advise on all aspects of law for the hospitality industry.
