With more than 25 years of business experience on three continents, I work with individuals and companies to achieve results by assessing the current situation, developing high quality solutions and ensuring sound implementation strategies are in place. Coaching is often needed to help individuals identify the changes they need to make personally to support these efforts and to ensure that organizational change is sustainable. I have found that what makes someone a great individual contributor anywhere in the world is not the same skill set needed to lead a team. Also the skills needed to succeed in middle management are quite different from a first level leader position. I work to help individuals and organizations of all types and sizes with these kinds of challenges. In addition, I am dedicated to the success of global businesses by addressing the special needs of international employees on assignment. MY STORYI come from a long line of educators on both sides of my family. At the ripe old age of 17, I said that I would never go into this line of work. So imagine my surprise to wake up one day and find that I was in corporate learning and development and loving it!
