Worked at corporate headquarters, assisting affiliate sales training managers with development of first level sales leaders and interacting directly with mid level sales leaders across the globe on their own development. STRATEGY & LEARNING SOLUTIONS: Developed curricula and learning resources to meet the priority needs of over 1,500 sales leaders worldwide. Created on boarding resources and virtual or face-to-face programs for new sales leaders to reduced learning curves. Conducted conferences and webinars for the ongoing development of sales leaders. Programs averaged a 4.5 on a 5 point scale in terms of value and applicability to role.PERFORMANCE CONSULTING: Partnered with affiliate leadership team and 5 subject matter experts to conduct sales assessment in China. Recommendations were accepted and implemented and used as a catalyst to focus on leadership development and sales capabilities development in this rapidly growing market.DEVELOPMENT OF GLOBAL TOOLS: Led global teams to develop new company-wide coaching framework and competency models for key sales positions. Despite differing viewpoints, was able to achieve alignment and support for worldwide adoption of tools. Coaching framework was incorporated into executive workshops and company-wide performance management system.
