Biography for Lesley McCranor – Executive Director – Healthy Valleys Previously, Lesley worked in local government for approx. 20 years before building a career in the Third Sector. She has extensive strategic development and staff management experience. Lesley developed a small Organisation into an award winning nationally recognised charity. Using community development values and principles she empowers staff and volunteers, fostering a strong sense of ownership and responsibility, resulting in a high level of performance and staff retention.
