I head up Robertsons’ Intellectual Property Department and Private Client Department.My work in the IP sector revolves around advising on strategies for intellectual property protection both in Hong Kong and throughout the region. I also frequently advise clients on corporate transactions where IP transfers are involved.Aside from this, I head up Robertsons’ Private Client Department and advise a number of our clients on matters such as immigration, tenancy and property acquisition and wills and probates.I am qualified in Hong Kong and New Zealand.
