I have been working for nearly 20 years in holistic health using my skills in holistic massage, aromatherapy and reflexology to help people attain and maintain optimum health, physically and emotionally. My most recent interest is the power of meditation and mindfulness and I am now qualified to teach groups of people to meditate. I worked for many years at Chai Cancer Care, supporting people affected by all types of cancer, whether it be by helping them with side effects of their treatment, providing them with palliative treatments or helping them deal with the many emotions associated with a cancer diagnosis of either themselves or a loved one. Having taken planned retirement in the midst of an unplanned pandemic, I threw myself various projects, including volunteering for Jewish Care, helping delivering meals on wheels whilst their clients were isolating and various admin work to help out. I also volunteered in Epping Forest, undertaking various tasks to help the forest Constables including bringing the longhorn cattle in for the winter. I also have undertook the very long and drawn out process of becoming a Covid vaccinator for the NHS.
