• Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, I work as part of the Customer Support Team.• A primary point of contact for all spare parts related requirements including quotations, sales order entry, expediting requests and invoice query resolutions.• Key Account Manager for several large customers on the Heritage product range.• Review customer enquiries and prepare quotations ensuring they achieve the expected profit margins. Follow up quotations and assist customer to place an order.• Review customer purchase orders to confirm compliance with quotation. Process and acknowledge orders and review Letters of Credit where applicable.• Compiling customer price lists and agreements.• Responsible for import and IPR shipments and completing quarterly suspension returns.• Provide cover for the Despatch Coordinator by raising despatch notes and invoices and ensuring all necessary export documentation is prepared for overseas shipments.• Assist in training other staff members on Epicor, primarily Quotation Entry, Sales Order Entry, Customer Shipment Entry and Invoice Entry.• Provide internal sales support for external sales staff.
