The role led and line-managed a team of 10 - telesales, business development executives and account managers.Specifically, this role managed key accounts and undertook personal customer contact where required. We used coal-face information from the team to recommend changes to the products and services portfolio and regularly reviewed office administration of subscriptions including new-member recruitment and renewals to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Specifically in this role, I was a member of the team who launched the Business West umbrella organisation, including re-branding exercise, communication with internal and external audiences and re design of all literature.
