Responsible for timely and accurate pricing for proposals and ROMs. Review Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other pricing request documentation to determine pricing requirements. Ensure compliance to company rate structure. Participate in pricing reviews.

Served as the Business Manager in support of the Exploitation Technologies Division (ETD). Duties included working as part of the proposal teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals and ROMs. Prepared Basis of Estimates and reviewed pricing files for accuracy. Also included tracking and reporting status on open and submitted opportunities. Other responsibilities included financial reporting at the Division, Ops and BU levels. Regularly served as the liaison between Finance and Contracts on Active Contracts and Proposal efforts. Assisted Division Manager and Director of Program Management as needed on Ad hoc tasking and reporting.

Supported a number of multi-million dollar contracts including federal and state and local government. Program Control duties included tracking all project costs; completing bi-monthly financial reports; and developing and maintaining contract Estimates to Complete and Estimates at Completion. Worked with Program Managers to develop Work Breakdown Structures and Resource Loaded Networks, Pricing Models, Basis of Estimates and Profitability Analyses for future and current contracts. Regularly served as contract liaison with contracts, procurement, management and finance. Ensured that contract requirements were met and deliverables submitted.
