Responsible for managing the relationship with major clients with the support of broker partners. Underwiting and the management of such accounts on a day to day basis. Development of new opportunities and managemendt and leadership of the pipeline.• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximise influence• Develop relationships in line with the business plan to support the achievement of business objectives • Positively promote the department, division and company as a whole, in order to maximise brand leverage

Developing and maintaining broker and client relationships and building an effective pipeline. Successful in writing £2M income in the 2 year period. Driving and pushing forward the risk managment proposition and engaging withh clients directly at every opportunity to strive to gain direct relationships with the client in conjunction with broker. Getting a clear understanding of the clients key needs and divers directly and looking to fulfill these with a bespoke Insurance placement.
