As a contributor at Preceptor Connector, I collaborated with a group of brilliant educators with a mission: bringing educator skills to ed-tech and beyond. We built a company from the ground up and flexed the tech skills, grit, and collaboration prowess we already had.

As a Customer Success consultant at an ed-tech startup called Viinko, I developed support content and onboarding materials to streamline the customer onboarding experience and track client usage of the app. All of these efforts contributed to an app that accelerates students' development of time management and organization skills.
