I firmly believe that when we know better, we do better. As a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist with over 20 years of experience, this fuels my passion to continuously seek out opportunities to continue my education, to utilize data to drive changes in care, and to educate not only my patients and their families but the team with whom I work. I work diligently to foster a collaborative atmosphere to deliver the highest quality care. Though I am a versatile professional experienced in trauma, adult acute care, and home care, I specialize in the care of our smallest patients. I have dedicated the past 22 years of my rewarding career caring for the neonatal and pediatric populations, including critical care transport. My zeal for education has guided my decisions to pursue education roles in an attempt to strengthen the team on which I work.
