With the Head of Supply chain, ensure commitment to the entire S&OP process from all Business units within Sanofi.Ensure product availability across all channels within South Africa, including Namibia and Botswana.Ensure a robust set of parameters is maintained and updated, in accordance with the Stock Inventory policy of Sanofi.Management of the obsolescence, by ensuring that there is a constant drive to reduce said obsolescence and write-offs and that we remain within our budgets for the year.Monthly management and measurement through KPI targets, including FC/Acc, MAPE %, zero OOS on critical and promoted brands, 100% stock available of critical and promoted brands, as well as a reduction in obsolescence and inventory on hand by year end.Constant communication and meetings with the other Support functions within Sanofi, to access any risks to our business, relating to anything from outstanding invoices, to the commitment of ensuring new product launches happen within the agreed timelines.Challenge and make suggestions, regarding the rationalization of non-performing SKU’s.Manage the importing of all products, current and new. Ensure logistic costs are kept within our budget and manage the relationship between the Forwarding and Clearing agents for our products.(Ask for copy of CV for full list of responsibilities)

- Managing the short, medium and long-term demand of finished goods for the Zentiva Generics / Pharmachoice/ Oncology / Genzyme Rare Diseases Divisions.- Involved in the S&OP process.- Manage inventory from start to finish.- Reconciliation of forecast to budget, thereby achieving a forecast attainment of between 95% and 105%.- Ensuring production site switches are managed without any disruption to sales.- Negotiating of SLA with suppliers, both nationally and internationally. - Owner from the Demand Planning perspective of the new product introduction process.- Build relationships both internally and externally- Suggest and implement process improvements to be in line with our changing business environment.- Drive and co-ordinate SKU rationalisation- Item Master management- Dealing with 3rd Party Suppliers in South Africa, who supply us with products which we co-market for them.- Key Performance Indicators for International reporting.Systems used: Manugistics / SAP / M2 / Globe / Microsoft Office DCT (Internet driven system to monitor Stock outs and alerts)
