Managing the employees and the Business Office Manager at seven different Ambulatory Surgery Centers across the country. I implement policies and procedures and train the Business Office Managers on their daily responsibilities and their staff. Some of the daily duties that I train them on include, facility and anesthesia billing and coding, revenue cycle management, patient service, insurance verification, daily deposits, paying bills, month-end reconciliation for our current software, Advantx, and HST Pathways, and QuickBooks monthly reconciliation.
