• Reports to the Marketing Manager and also collaborates as needed with the CEO, the Chiefs, the Regional Directors, and the Principals to create, manage, and deliver exemplary creative design to: o billboardso collateralo community eventso giveawayso intranet pageso online social mediao print adso radio spots o signageo television ads o videos o other projects as requested• Brings new ideas for design and content creation to the Marketing Manager using graphic and content expertise• Oversees design of Facebook, thumbnails, landing pages, Twitter, and blog• Manages timely distribution of advertising and collateral materials to media and to internal clients• Coordinates production schedules • Estimates time requirements• Negotiates vendor contracts• Monitors traffic progress• Quantifies campaign success • Maintains collateral and advertising campaign archives

• Coordinate and organize activities, including employee recognition - both regionally and locally, school events and open houses• Develop and execute on-site presence at trade shows and conferences• Enhance branding through social media presence• Operate and improve website and internal resource site• Create and launch monthly newsletter• Plan and direct marketing videos• Design and produce marketing materials, including stationary, forms, flyers, incentives, signs and banners
