In this role I have successfully managed two large, complex and strategic programmes of work; being the replacement of FMG's core policy administration and billing systems with Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter, both successfully implemented in September 2013, along with business change management and a substantial upgrade to the Data Warehouse. The Programme Sponsor was the Chief Executive and I worked closely with FMGs Executive Leadership Team All achieved within budget and to the agreed time-frame. SCRUM Agile was successfully used for all project streams in the programme, representing a significant change for FMG at the time.In February 2014 we started the programme of work to replace the claims administration system with Guidewire's ClaimCenter. The programme was successfully implemented to schedule, under budget with very high quality metrics. As programme manager I have again been fully accountable to the CEO for successful delivery of the Guidewire technical implementation project, business change and Data Warehouse upgrade projects.
