As Area Operations Manager based in our UK Leeds office, I led a project team of 15 ‘Product Champions’ across our 10 Northern regional offices to upgrade our corporate approach to client documentation to ensure consistency and that all regulatory requirements were met. This involved working closely with our Management Team of 60+ and our network of 1,200+ Partners to build support and engagement to ensure the required changes were effectively implemented. I implemented a Learning Management System providing online access to learning and recording results required by the regulator.Additionally, I introduced the company’s first Apprenticeship Scheme resulting in the employment and development of effective employees across the business.
