Support in the production of method statements and project safety plans in the respective regions/business, which include all sub-contractors responsible front end through to completion. Monitoring and reviewing performance in the area of responsibility and active participation in local and central management meetings. Reporting, Advising and Auditing on all QSHE initiatives ( i.e. all aspects of reactive monitoring, active monitoring, risk assessments, current legislation and best practices) Identifying training needs, preparing and teaching/training/ assisting in QSHE training courses Assessing health, safety and environmental compliance of sub-contractors and suppliers.
