I have spent thirty years of my life consulting, developing, and building strategic partnerships. I have used my skills in communication and general passion for people to my advantage by bringing the right employees to the right companies.Prior to SRS, I built a multi-million-dollar staffing agency that I sold after almost twenty years in business. Most of my customers were larger corporate establishments, I saw a gap in the market for small and midsize businesses. I began SRS in order to assist those businesses with not only their hiring and recruiting needs, but with their HR needs as well. We now work with companies around the globe as well as locally to ensure they have the right teams in place to drive their companies forward.

After the sale of StaffPro America, Delgado was successful in supporting the recruiting needs of small and midsize companies offering a recruiting option that was innovative and affordable, a service not available to this target market, historically.
