Architected front end of a rewrite of DemandTools 2.91 (legacy desktop) as a web app packaged in Electron. Started Validity Styleguide with reusable React components using styled-components, to easily implement mocks saving 60% development time. Supplemented front end of DemandTools V with redux and components for easier future expansion of features. Implemented various modules for DemandTools V, including importing records to a CRM and converting Leads within a CRM. Contributed to last push for initial launch of the Validity Trust Assessments app.

Helped lead major overhaul of Contacts management platform UI to be simpler, easier to use, and more modern (tech and UX).Helped design component structure for reusable parts of UI using npm, webpack, Backbone, and Marionette.Created internal yeoman tool for generating javascript application and library projects, along with automated pipelines deploying the projects to npm and a CDN. Auto-congured project tooling including webpack, ES6, babel, Backbone, and Marionette.Rewrote system and wizard for users to embed email sign up forms and popups on their websites. Added reCAPTCHA to sign up forms.Led initiative to create a purely javascript application and widget library allowing users to insert images into WYSIWYG email editor, as well as search, sort, and manage their image library.Rearchitected newsletter archive product to be more user friendly and maintainable. Revamped email automation platform to trigger email sends when users open emails or click email links. Added new scheduling options. Updated look and feel and integrated with existing email flows to simplify code paths. Introduced birthday and anniversary triggered emails.Added support for franchise-specic and purchased custom template packages to email template picker.Helped architect and implement UI widget library to standardize look and feel across company products. Updated email template picker with AJAX search calls with tags and preview. Overhauled email home/listing page to support AJAX calls, a new folder feature for organizing emails, and an updated look and feel with campaign thumbnails. Rewrote image/document library functionality from the ground up to support drag and drop uploads, file management with folders, and allowing uploads from connected social media accounts.

Designed and implemented a new web based user interface in Ext-JS 4 and JavaScript, including configuration of groups of settings (globally, grouped, and individual). Developed infrastructure and user interface pieces in a management system for Intrusion Detection and Prevention System (IDS/IPS) devices. Restructured the Persistence Database Layer to create efficiency and stability. Built a RESTful interface between clients and server. Designed and implemented a configuration panel with a scoped hierarchy for sensors. Worked with customers to fix and debug customer issues.

Designed and implemented infrastructure pieces in a management system for Intrusion Detection and Prevention System (IDS/IPS) devices. Created user interface pieces in Java, communicated between clients and server with JMS and EJBs. Integrated an information forwarding component for synchronizing status and basic configuration.

Designed and implemented core and management components of a network management system for triple play (voice, video, and data) devices. Used XML/HTTP and SNMP protocols to communicate with the servers and various devices. Designed and implemented user interface components in Java. Developed various control screens for an ADSL DSLAM/VoIP DLC including ADSL and G.Bond Line Control, VoIP Settings, and Phone Settings with SIP and MGCP options. Also developed control screens for a GPON blade including VLAN Settings and ONT Provisioning.

Wrote test scripts. Reproduced bugs found in the field and SQA, and helped with bug fixes on various embedded device software.
