Managing the logistic and coordinating complex marketing/advertising/sales external events from end to end.Running the London Customer Centre consisting of 15 meeting rooms and 2 auditoriums. Extensive use and knowledge of MS tools including Outlook, & SharePoint & MyOrder & Powerpoint. Managing the booking system, scheduling all meetings and collation of executive briefing packs. Raising POs, invoicing, ordering office supplies and upkeep of immaculate reception area.Liaising with MS partners involving VIP visits with access to extremely confidential information.Organising the catering, AV, security, hostess schedules and AV support for all meetings.
