Lesley Lee is an international certified coach and works with private companies, international organizations and individual clients. Her main focus is to accompany executives and their teams, through coaching, to develop the skills and the strategies needed to improve performance of the individual, the team and the organization. Her experience also includes giving workshops in effective communication skills, teamwork, leadership and Intercultural orientation. She was Director of the International Coach Federation of (ICF), Peru Chapter. She is a teacher at Centrum, the Graduate Business School, PUCP.Her certification in Professional Coaching is from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP) along with specializations in Life Coaching, Parent Coaching and Breath Coaching from the Institute for the Practice of Ontology, Liderazgo, Teambuilding and Teamworking from the Institute of Investigation and Practice of Ontology (IIPPO), Appreciative Coaching from the Instituto Diálogos e Indagación Apreciativa (IDeIA), an International Certification in Experiential Learning and Outdoor Training, YMCA University of Applied Sciences, Germany and a certification in the Cultural Orientations Framework, Rosinski & Co and Rapid Transformational Therapy from the Marisa Peer Method, UK. She is trained in the Conscious Business Coaching model of the Conscious Business Center. She has a MSc in Environmental Management from Stirling University, Scotland, a HND in Applied Biology from the University of North East London in the UK and a Diploma In Corporate Social Responsibility from the Pacific University Lima. She has also been a member of InnovAccion (Institutional Design and Transformation Group) in Lima, Peru and has been trained to become a consultant for the IFSI (International Forum for Social Innovation) in Paris, France.
