DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Cooperate with Corporate and Regional teams to 1) gather requirements, 2) design software solutions, 3) test, 4) evaluate, 5) support and 6) maintain Seafreight systems as per the Australian business model and cases- Provide user support, advice and feedback. Train and audit the staff about Seafreight systems. Prepare training material- Define, implement and maintain Seafreight reports, metrics and operational KPI's to help National management to measure both Australian branches and SSC's. Detect and assess opportunities to optimize business performance- Lead the communication with the stakeholders about Seafreight systems and performance metrics- Help the National team in process implementations and continuous improvement activitiesEXPERIENCE:- Sea logistics- Seafreight systems- Australian Seafreight business model and major clients' needs
