I am an experienced recruitment specialist who loves supporting SME'S that are sustainably conscious. I am determined to quash the poor stereotypical view of recruiters. I want my clients to feel that they have had value for money and that they want to come back for my professional support time and time again. I am a CIPD qualified Recruitment and Resourcing professional with over 25 years experience in many different sectors, both private and public sector. I have recruited entry/graduate level up to CEO level and worked with Corporation Boards. I have undertaken both high volume and headhunting campaigns. I have also designed and facilitated Assessment Centre’s at all levels and are accredited to undertake psychometric profiling. I have experience in providing outplacement support for organisations too.
