None of us are immune to significant life events, increasing pressure at work, relationship issues or redundancy so learning how to be resilient in these situations means you can be in control and make the right choices for you.Now add to that mix being a parent of a child who is perhaps struggling with their own emotions, is feeling challenged by life/school and really needs you to be their strong buffer and we can begin to understand why life can feel like a never-ending struggle. I work one to one with private clients to help them and their children find solutions that bring calm back into their family home. Together we focus on developing resilience resulting in easier communication and deeper relationships within their families. As Creator and Director of Mindful Monkeys®, I also take pride in training new practitioners in my unique Mindful Monkeys® Better Together Programme so they too can reach out to the many families who are seeking ways to thrive. Our unique 6 week Mindful Monkeys® Better Together Programme is now being delivered in schools to support their family learning and health and wellbeing targets. I have personal expertise in Attachment Theory, Adverse Childhood Experiences and Conscious Parenting and have developed Mindful Monkeys Ltd to nurture confident learners, heal trauma and support families to become better together.
