Lesley worked directly with clients to lead design and project management for multi-million dollar corporate interiors projects ranging from 5,000 sqft - 150,000 sqft, with budgets ranging from $3m-$50m+. Complexity of projects include everything from minor cosmetic refresh to comprehensive gut renovations, coordination of multiple trades and new construction.

Lesley worked closely with senior designers to implement design intent and project coordination as needed.

Lesley worked closely with the USGBC National Board and local Executive Board to develop the first USGBC Central Ohio Emerging Professionals Group. She began this process in the last year of her undergraduate studies and remained an active member throughout her professional career in Columbus, OH. Chute Gerdeman is an award-winning design and branding firm. During her time here, Lesley assisted Architects and Designers with floor plan and elevation development, translating components into AutoCAD, and material compilation. She was involved in projects for HMS Host, Cornell University, and H20 Plus.
