For 25 years my focus was leading of the team of circa 40 consultants regarded as 'best in field' in the specialist areas in which they operate. This meant supporting, training and working very closely in the business to ensure we give the best possible service to clients and candidates. Having recently handed the day to day management role over to my colleague Simon Tucker-Brown, I am wholly focussed on delivering CEO, MD, VP and 5* GM level assignments - retaining the same passion and enthusiasm for assignment delivery as I have always possessed.
