Lesley has worked in education project management for over 12 years as well as having a project management background for over 15 years. Lesley has experience in a range of industries including recruitment, telecommunications, and education and brings a wealth of skills and expertise in project delivery and management. Lesley has worked alongside a number of senior leadership teams to deliver a range of projects both at operational and strategic levels in a range of sectors. Lesley is able to deliver successful projects through her ability to work with colleagues and clients to not only understand their requirements but also to fully capture their ethos and way of working to ensure complete buy-in from all stakeholders while implementing efficient and effective project management approaches.Lesley’s experience in both the private and public sector means that she is adept at managing a range of stakeholders with competing demands; her focus on effective communications supports this. Lesley has extensive experience in education projects covering the delivery and conversion of academies, capital projects, bid development, University Technical Colleges, and free schools.Lesley has also completed the Clerks' Development Programme as well as the Chairs' Development Programme and supports education clients in clerking and governance.
