I have been passionate about working with people as they grow and develop their skills and experience in forestry, conservation and agriculture.We help provide a pathway to employment by upskilling in the workplace, by practical training courses leading to nationally recognised certification.We enable employers to meet their statutory responsibilities under the Health & Safety at Work Act and requirements of their Insurance Company.Newlands Training Ltd has provided rural training for over 20 years offering a range of short courses either ''in-house'' or at one of our training sites. Our roots lie with the Agricultural Training Board which no longer exists however the service of ''responsive'' training is now offered by ourselves in the South of England. Our specialties include: •Chain Saw Operations and Tree Climbing NPTC & Lantra Certification •Forestry and Landscape Training and Certification •Training and Certification to help comply with Health and Safety at work Act •Rural and Conservation Skills •Machinery Driving Skills and Certification. (i.e. Tractor Driving, Telescopic Handlers, Counterbalance Lift Trucks and All Terrain Vehicles) •Pesticide Applications (sprayer training) with NPTC certification 4x4 Off Road Driving course with Lantra Awards certification Newlands Training Ltd is a member of the Lantra Professional Register.New courses are becoming available in response to legislation and demands within the workplace. We hope to satisfy all of your training requirements.
