Extensive partnership working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure provision is identified and utilised according to individual and collective student requirements. Acting Careers Zone Manager covering a period of maternity leave. Responsible for the delivery of Careers Advice, guidance and support to students and graduates. Work with a dedicated and experienced team of Careers Consultants providing a faculty specific and centralised service. Positive working relationships with both external and internal stakeholders working collaboratively according to need. Adept at providing timely reports demonstrating both quantitative and qualitative inpact measurements. Supported team through site relocation to change to working practices.

Working to support students with their career management. Linked with Education Law and Social Science Faculty whilst also providing generic advice and guidance across the board. Development and delivery of careers and employability workshops with emphasis on confidence, motivation and progression.

Provided a range of training and workshop delivery to a variety of organisations - supporting front line delivery staff and clients according to need. Consultancy support in developing and testing a range of delivery options for and on behalf of a local Community Interest Company - working with Education, Business, Statutory and non-Statutory organisations.

Providing face to face Careers Information, Advice and Guidance to adults in a variety of different locations. Providing support in group sessions on a variety of topics which can/do include redundancy workshops, interview and return to work strategies etc.

Worked through the various stages of Hereford and Worcester Careers Service to Connexions as Careers Adviser and Personal Adviser, respectively. Worked predominately within local High Schools in Evesham and Bromsgrove, including a Pupil Referral unit. Promoted to Team Manager of Bromsgrove/Droitwich Connexions in 2003 - worked with a great bunch of dedicated Personal Advisers in supporting, encouraging and motivating young people between the ages of 13-25 to help them move forward positively. A great priviledge for all concerned.
