Working within an Agile working environment directly with Temenos and ICT Delivery Hub, delivering a new banking platform for KBC, I was responsible for co-ordination of business led business reviews of process and system requirements, solution design, development and configuration, parameterisation of relevant components on the Core Banking platform and the various test phases:- Key Project lead in the T24 R17 Upgrade program- Project Lead in the successful implementation of the Completions Process and Loan Servicing workflow for Loan Origination on T24.- Design and Implementation of the Consumer Finance Workflow on the Core Banking Platform.- Migration of existing customer records to the new Core Banking Platform.- Design and Implementation of the onboarding screens and workflow for new customers to the bank.- Collaboration with developers and SMEs and key internal and external stakeholders across the bank.- Co-ordination of software releases for business deliveries within the project.
