Columbia English is a language learning center dedicated to providing students with the best possible English learning environment and experience. My responsibilities included the full cycle recruitment of all teachers for our eight branches across Taipei and New Taipei City and multiple administrative duties in the Head Office.- Scheduled and conducted phone and in-person interviews with candidates- Negotiated offers, signed, renewed and terminated contracts following performance reviews- Optimized recruitment methods through streamlining interview and entry procedures- Consolidated teachers' and class schedules of all branch schools- Created presentations and agendas for and led trainings, workshops and meetings- Managed and oversaw the Head Office and branch schools’ inventories- Coordinated and planned biannual Orientation and annual English Competition

- Taught 5 separate Montessori Phonics Program classes to students aged 4.5-6 years old- Substitute taught in Elementary EFL Program and at Taipei Montessori School- Created worksheets and activities to assess student progress

- Planned and organized four all-school events each year- Booked musical acts and comedians, coordinated times and transportation needs- Met weekly with other executives to discuss and brainstorm new events

- Wrote handbook detailing company and competitor product information - Created spreadsheets specifying upcoming marketing venues- Brainstormed ideas for upcoming products
