As consultant, the strategic plan focused on working with the President, the Board and the Rabbi of the congregation. The process includes facilitating and providing logistical support for the creation of a Vision statement; Mission statement; Core Values; A SWOT analysis; and the creation of goal statements, strategies and initiatives.
