Responsible for coordinating budgeting, maintenance tasks, contractor management, equipment, utilities and facilities repairs, improvements, projects and site activities within maintenance and engineering. KPIs include uptime, MTBF, MTTR, Maintenance Cost, Equipment Efficiency (EE) as well as the development and performance management of all engineering team personnel.

A senior maintenance engineer responsible for the upkeep, improvement, performance and reliability of all production and utilities equipment in the factory. All maintenance staff (junior engineers, technicians, apprentices, stores management etc.) reported to me. Management of all these team members I/Os and performance managements were a key responsibility of mine. Regularly acted as maintenance manager and served as such for a continuous 9 months during 2015. I was one of the team leaders of the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) project that Tetra Pak underwent, achieving the 2nd level "Continuous Excellence" of the JIPM standards accreditation. Participated and lead many projects and teams of various natures throughout my employment at Tetra Pak.

Major responsibilities are to serve as the maintenance and project engineer for the pulp mill section at Sappi Stanger. Budgeting and cost allocations. In charge of shut downs and equipment installations as well as all statutory responisbilities of all equipment in the pulp mill section. As line manager, delegation and over seeing of all day-to-day activites and tasks of engineering team (riggers, boilermakers, foremen, artisans and planners).
