10+ years in Customer Service, I understand the value of internal and external consumers to a company. My personal mantras are1. I believe I can do anything once I put my mind to it. 2. I can work with anyone3. I can work anywhere My first job was at Auntie Anne’s in Trincity Mall, 2013I later applied with a friend to KFC Arouca that same year where I stayed until 2014. Reapplied in 2017 to KFC Valsayn. Within my first year I was promoted to ALL-STAR team member. As a team member once on shift my supervisor knew they could depend on me to perform well wherever I was placed. Thus I was frequently placed on drive thru or deliveries. In Jan 2021, I was further promoted to Shift Supervisor. I learnt proper cash handling, inventory management and time management. I am learning that being a leader means not being a push over but caring for your team. Being a leader means being fair and not letting emotions rule. Being a leader means emulating what needs to be done.
