Leslie B. Prager, M.A., C.M.P. (Certified Career Management Practitioner), a career counselor and executive coach, is the senior partner of The Prager-Bernstein Group, a New York City-based career counseling, coaching and outplacement firm which was founded in 1991. She has over fifteen years of prior experience in the corporate world, which includes over ten years in human resource management and development, in the retail, banking and insurance industries. Her corporate career culminated in her becoming the Human Resources Director at a New York City insurance company.Ms. Prager has an M.A. in art therapy, a B.A. in psychology, and additional post-graduate training in career assessment and career counseling techniques.
