• Prepare contracts for investment management accounts, including review of client’s form of agreements and participate in contract negotiations regarding same• Act as liason between internal counsel, account management and client in connection with all aspects of separate account client servicing• Assemble and analyze ancillary contract documentation required to establish accounts with trading counterparties; perform due diligence to comply with firm’s anti-money laundering program• Ensure contracts are in compliance with company standards, legal requirements and business risk tolerance levels• Maintain existing client accounts (i.e. contract amendments, fee schedule amendments)• Perform detailed review of contractual provisions in Request for Proposals• Provide timely and accurate responses to requests from internal departments and external domestic and global offices• Participate in the recruiting, hiring, training and mentoring of junior paralegals and legal staff• Prepare quarterly Board meeting materials, attend meetings and draft meeting minutes for each of PIMCO's global offices

• Perform all aspects of case management and trial preparation for multiple complex litigation matters• Establish and nurture positive working relationships with clients, including heavy client contact by telephone, email and in person• Analyze, organize and manage a high volume of documentation and records related to all types of complex litigation matters

• Perform due diligence reviews in multiple property transactions and prepare matrix reflecting key information and potential problem areas for each property• Assemble bound volumes containing critical real estate and corporation closing documentation• Review and summarize case documents in connection with attorney deposition preparation• Index/manage deposition transcripts and exhibits for complex litigation matters• Create and maintain master calendar of depositions
