This is one of my stipend positions at Park Lakes. Title One provides funding for teacher positions and training. Also, We help decide how funding is spend for parent involvement training and workshops. One of the exciting advantages of this opportunity is to meet parents and help them nurture their skill set to meet the needs of their child or for their own enhancement.

One of my responsibilities is to promote and help to maintain a safe, healthy and learning environment. Conduct training with teachers and parents to help them understand how to meet students where they are and catapult them an learning environment where there needs are meet academically, socially and emotionally. Because of of my beliefs is to educate the whole guide we have created enrichment clubs when provide learning in the areas of math, reading, dance, mentoring, peer mentoring and much more.

Counselors are responsible for social, emotional and academic development for parents, students and staff. We have the opportunity to build climates, celebrate success and motivate students and staff. It's' a blessing to have a job that's your passion and purpose. I love getting up every morning to service over 1, 000 students and staff daily.

The job of a teacher is to teach and instruct students according to their academic level and guide them to higher height. I have developed lesson plans, prepared students for testing, inspired classroom colloboration . My job includes developing character and teaching others how to be helpful and serve. I have helped to create first drum lines, build lasting relationships, all male book clubs and also taught physical education as well as 1st - 3rd grade. I also have a passion for building partnerships with the school and community. Partnerships that provide helpful resources for our parents, students and teachers.I have coordinated enrichment programs and present lead two mentoring groups. P.I.N.K Positive Influence Nurtures Knowledge a fourth and fifth girls mentoring club. We teach girls about anti-bullying, gardens, community service, college readiness and a plethora of of things.
