I am currently the Center Director of the Lamar County Counseling Center, serving individuals who suffer from Mental Illness. We offer counseling, Doctor, groups and Peer Support Services.

As Director of Lamar County Counseling Center, I provide direction, support, budgeting and hands on training to staff and maintain our office. We provide Mental Health Assessments, Individual Counseling, Groups, Nursing Assessments with Care and Doctor Care. I am certified to teach Parenting, Anger Management and Substance Abuse Education Classes.

2010 we opened the doors to LCCC with McIntosh Trail. Before 2010 there were no Mental Health facilities for outpatient clients to go. Those that lived in the city/county would travel to Upson, Butts or Spalding County for services. We started with a small office, LPN for a few hours a week, 1 therapist working 3 days a week and a psychiatrist for 1 day a week, moving to 2016 we now have a 5 day clinic, with 2 full time LAPC's, 2 full time secretaries, CNS, APRN 2 1/2 days with an MD once a month, Peer Supports groups Mon-Fri from 8-5 and many more services offered. It has been a honor to have worked with some of the best provides in my 18 years with the company.

I have worked with McIntosh Trail CSB for over 18 years, I am also the Director of Lamar County Counseling Center/McIntosh Trail since May of 2009. We serve individuals with Mental Illness, Addictive Disease and Developmental Disabilities.
