- Provides support to AIG and other International Business Groups for system access related requests / concerns relating to LUA.- Responsible in creating a ticket to provision users needed access.- Actively participates in troubleshooting of system access request and provides resolution when a problem is encountered.- Provide reports and status updates regarding system access requests to the Clients.- Prepares Performance Report of the team and present it in a weekly conference call.- Attend conference call with the International Business Groups Point Persons for the weekly system access requests report/update.

- ARC – DE (Application Review and Compliance – Data Entry) initially performs the prescreening process of life (term, whole and permanent) insurance applications as well as accident and health insurance applications. - This is done by ensuring that all new applications have submitted complete requirements needed for an application to be approved by checking the form accuracy and completion, verifying the agent and agency information, medical exam submissions, rider applications and forms of payment. - After prescreening, the team then encodes the data fields and receives requirements into an appropriate system. All other necessary requirements are being checked as well for the underwriting and issuing of the application.
