- Responsible for preliminary budget and quarterly reforecasting, reconcile all of the reports, including processing of business unit submissions and completion of consolidated level variance analysis- Update budget ledgers and reports in JDE for each business unit, prepare reports electronically - Reconcile Quarterly Comparison, Cash Flow, Property Variance, Job Cost and other reports- Provide transactional support for the process of the accounting cycle, such as inter-account or inter- company cost transfers, process expenses, review results to determine accruals, process property sales and revenue accordingly- Resolve discrepancies weekly, reconcile the weekly variance, tenant inducement, phasing reports, review cost overruns based on accounts, POs & contracts. Analyze different lease scenario transactions under IFRS - Monitor cost variances & fund balances, update report to ensure sufficient funds to meet development & operation fund requirements. Provide recommendations to Director to determine the efficient cost structures & strategies - Analyze all of accounts & supporting documents for each building & project, update report notes, communicate with development, contract management & leasing team- Reconcile all of JDE ledgers to each account of Project Pro-forma in accordance with IFRS- Create new project Pro-forma for reporting, cost and transaction modelling, using Argus Enterprise and Excel financial models to assess cost/impact on a property/building, liaise with develop construction, leasing & property team- Prepare project yield test periodically. Work with the Sharepoint files- Work with the construction team, verify property site plans, construction contracts & budgets, account ledgers, tenant rent rolls, set up new accounts for construction, optimize all the accounts in JDE system- Fulfill internal/external auditing effectively, retrieve & file documentation, identify non- compliance items
