Spearheaded the event registration both prior to and during three separate fundraising events. Operated event/auction software from initiation through the event to the reconciliation report. Events ranged from dinner/auction to wine/food tasting with variety show to a golf tournament.

Started fundraising run/walk not only to raise money but promote awareness in our community to teen alcohol issue. Had over 17 business sponsors, 100 participants & raised over $3,000 at initial event. The event is now the main fundraising stream for the all night Safe Grad Event for over 300 graduates.

* Major PTO Fundraising Chairperson - Spearheaded annual school fundraisers at a variety of schools. Solicited and coordinated donations, gathered and managed volunteers, handled online software for auctions, implemented marketing campaigns. All fundraisers grew during my tenure - in some cases increasing funds over 200% *Safe & Sober Grad Night Chairperson - Planned, fundraised and implemented all night entertainment for graduating seniors. Initiated a fundraising walk/run for the event that not only raised money but promoted awareness in our community to teen alcohol issues. Today the run is the sole fundraiser for the event so that ALL seniors can attend regardless of personal contribution.* After School Enrichment Coordinator - Developed program that moved from single classes for a week to full semester after school program that encompassed longer classes for over 700 students.

Led all aspects of the annual PTSA fundraiser -a dinner/auction. Doubled money raised over the 4 years involved by increasing revenue & decreasing costs. Duties included solicitation of donations; all event logistics (site, food, & entertainment negotiations & selections); event registration; budget; gathering & coordinating volunteers; setting up & running auction; utilizing the registration & financial software program as well as acted as onsite trouble shooter at the event.

Led campaign to create award winning K-8 Marine Sciences Charter School. Wrote charter application, lobbied support from county School Board, State official, militaray personnel, community groups as well as parents. Created budgets, wrote grants, gathered volunteer and spearheaded all efforts toward making the dream a reality. Currently top rated school in Monroe County.

Coordinated and managed all race aspects including sponsorships, volunteers, race course layout, advertising and registration.
