About Leslie Crawley

I am a passionate advocate for the public education system, committed to the improvement of outcomes for all public school students. I have a broad range of experience in diverse educational and training settings across the Great Southern; Midwest; Goldfields and Kimberley regions. As a result, I have developed a unique skill set which allows me to form multi-level partnerships and relationships, and negotiate complex projects. I currently provide strategic and operational support to the Director of Education; Principals; Schools and their communities in my current role as Coordinator Regional Operations. This has included complex case management of high risk students, guiding schools in their Incident Management preparation and response in a number of critical incidents that have had significant impact, including the provision of support to the parent community; significant intra and inter departmental agency collaboration that has directly resulted in improved outcomes for vulnerable students and ongoing support of regional processes to ensure the “Every Student, Every Classroom, Every Day Strategic Directions 2020-2024” are being implemented at a regional level.
