Head Of Design Programs

At the Lab we co-design models for new majority learners to have better access to and through post-secondary training and education. My focus and passion are rural learners and transfer students, as well as all the faculty, staff, and other institutional stakeholders supporting them as they try to navigate post-secondary training and placement into family sustaining wage jobs and careers.
Seamless Transfer Pathways Coach
Served as a coach for a grant from the Michael & Susan Dell foundation that worked with a total of nine institutions that ranged from H.S. administrators and administrators from both two-year and four-year colleges and universities focused on using human-centered design to improve transfer student outcomes.
