Project lead and thought partner for future of work and higher education. At the Lab we co-design models for new majority learners to have better access to and through post-secondary training and education. My focus and passion are rural learners and transfer students, as well as all the faculty, staff, and other institutional stakeholders supporting them as they try to navigate post-secondary training and placement into family sustaining wage jobs and careers.

Served as a coach for a grant from the Michael & Susan Dell foundation that worked with a total of nine institutions that ranged from H.S. administrators and administrators from both two-year and four-year colleges and universities focused on using human-centered design to improve transfer student outcomes. Coordinate transfer credit articulations. Create and maintain partnership program information, including, updating curriculum and working one-on-one with students enrolled in Dual Admission and 2+2 programs. Serve as contact for faculty for credit articulation, as well as development of program initiatives to attract transfer students. Co-lead bi-monthly transfer initiative group.

Advised students majoring in areas in the Humanities and Fine Arts. Created transfer tools for students transferring to SIUE from various institutions. Created and maintained relationships with specific high school guidance offices to promote McKendree University. Recruited a diverse group of students from the West Central Illinois region. Promoted to Associate Director and took over the recruitment of transfer students.
