- Championed and authored a successful grant application to the Health Resources and Services Administration for the development of an innovative, statewide, HIV Linkage to Care program for high-risk populations resulting in a $4 million award. Led the development of the Program’s strategic plan using strategy mapping and balanced scorecard best practices- Led the HIV Patient-Centered Medical Home initiative under the Affordable Care Act including co-authoring the state plan amendment that increased Medicaid reimbursement for care coordination services, and improved quality of care for more than 3,500 HIV patients - Designed and launched the Professional HIV Case Manager certification program (2008), the first mandatory credentialing process for Wisconsin HIV case managers that certified more than 40 qualified individuals between 2008-2012 - Revamped the quality improvement process including creation of standardized audit tools, implementation of regular and systematic fiscal monitoring, and co-development of standardized performance measures for core clinical services- Managed a $3.5M state general purpose revenue contract that supported clinical and social support services for approximately 3,800 people living with HIV in Wisconsin

- Developed and deployed data collection tools that facilitated the creation of both a high-risk insurance pilot program and a Medicare Part D premium payment assistance program, which in combination, resulted in the expansion of insurance and prescription drug coverage to more than 200 uninsured individuals living with HIV in Wisconsin- Assumed oversight of the annual AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) recertification process for 1,800 HIV positive individuals, coordinated insurance premium payments for 750 individuals, and managed the Hepatitis A/B vaccination records for all ADAP participants

- Supervised 6 AmeriCorps members across a range of host sites in the Chicagoland area- Managed and revamped a Peer Buddy Program for individuals living with HIV, achieving a 7-fold increase in enrollment over 11 month timeframe- Provided HIV Case Management services and care coordination for clients of a North Side AIDS Service Organization- Ran a high-risk teen clinic at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) on Chicago's West Side, providing counseling, testing and treatment for sexual health issues
